My great grandparents

I surely do miss these people

my dear great grandmother and

my great grandfather.

She was one of the loveliest women

I have ever known.  She lived to be in her

90's. She was mentally sharp till the day 

she took her last breath.  She was loved by all.

When we used to go to her house she would

have so many goodies baked up.

Her house always smelled of fresh baked

cookies and pies....mmmmmmmmmmmm

That smell is forever engrained in me.

Her love and compassion I will always cherish.

Just to have had them both in my life

is a true God send.

I am thankful...as I had all my grandparents

and my great grandparents in most of my

life.

I am blessed.
